MT-TL nut and unique adjustment system
- All elements are connected with universal nuts, which significantly speeds up the installation process. One type of nut is used for all types of MT channels
- At the installation stage, a specially developed unique assembly technology allows not only to significantly increase the load characteristics, but also makes it possible to adjust the level of the platforms with a very precise accuracy
- Thanks to the bolted connections & due to the absence of welding any elements of the platforms are dismantled/mounted within one minute. This ensures the ease of further modernization during the lifetime of the structure
Examples of completed projects
All solutions are designed in a certified software, which considers the loads from platform’s own weight, pedestrian loads, wind and snow exposure, as well as additional impact from the operation of the facility. The elements are made of hot-dip galvanized steel with a 45 microns coating. UTECH's total solution includes grating, handrails, and guardrails.
