Repair conditions:- Advance payment is no longer required;
- The "No costs after paid repairs" period does not apply to completed repairs;
- If, after the diagnosis of the instrument, you refuse the proposed repair, then the cost of diagnosis and delivery of the instrument is paid by you. Hilti has the right not to carry out further storage of such equipment and has the right to dispose of this equipment.;
- The deadline for approving repair bills and waiting for payment is no more than 14 calendar days.;
- Repairs are carried out with the availability of spare parts. Hilty Distribution LTD reserves the right to refuse to carry out repair work.
